Bobby "The Owl" Baldwin has been recognized as one of the best, well-rounded cash game players with a great track record at the WSOP. He won the main event in 1978, winning $210k and has three other bracelets from; the 1977 $5k Seven-card Stud event, the 1977 $10k 2-7 Draw event, and the 1979 $10k 2-7 Draw event. In addition, he has placed at the main event on five other occasions. Bobby has been inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2003 as a result of his success. Aside from his outstanding poker statistics, Bobby is also a big casino executive. In 1998, he was named president of the Bellagio hotel. Currently, he is CEO of the Project City Center and CEO of Mirage Resorts subsidiaries. He overseas resorts added through the Mandalay Resort Group buyout and other previous Wynn properties. Bobby has also written a book Tales Out of Tulsa, a poker book for novices, and wrote the Limit Hold'em section in Doyle Brunson's Super System.
